Repairs Reporter is an online facility that enables you to report repairs quickly through this website.
Please DO NOT use the repairs reporter for
emergency repairs, these should be reported direct to our Customer Service Centre on 01928 796000.
The length of time your repair will take depends on the type of work involved. LHT has three different priority groups, click on each area to learn more:
•
Priority 1 & 6 - emergency and out of hour repairs, target: 4 hours
•
Priority 2 - urgent repairs, target within three working days
•
Priority 3 - routine repairs, target: within ten working days

Gas servicing
It is our legal responsibility to annually service and maintain any flues and gas appliances within your home. Your annual service also includes an essential gas safety check to ensure you and your family are safe. It is essential therefore that you allow our engineers access to carry out this important check. We will contact you in writing when your annual service and gas safety check is due.
