At LHT tenants have a major role in decision making and shaping our
services. Our Resident Involvement Team is dedicated to involving tenants to help us to develop and improve our services.
We actively encourage tenants to get involved and give us their views on housing issues, for example, repairs and maintenance, sheltered and
supported accommodation and customer services. We want to continually improve the services that we provide and the neighbourhoods in which we work.
You can choose your level of involvement, whether you come to a regular meeting or just give us your views from your armchair it doesn’t matter – we want to hear from you!
