We secured Housing Corporation 'Partner Status' via the Riverside Partnership, a development consortium made up of four leading housing associations - LHT, Riverside Group, Regenda and NCHA.
Within this successful Partnering Consortium, LHT secured over £18.5m Housing Corporation grant to help provide over 300 new homes across Merseyside and Cheshire over the next two years.
The
Housing Corporation is the government agency responsible for investing in new affordable homes and for regulating over 1,500 housing associations across England.
LHT provides a range of home ownership options across Merseyside and Cheshire. We have secured grant funding to offer Homebuy newbuild housing in Liverpool and Runcorn.
LHT also works with developers to provide affordable homes through section 106 planning agreements.
