Jigsaw has successfully developed from delivering funded neighbourhood management projects to providing a whole range of environmental and service chargeable services across Merseyside
We handle over £2 million worth of work on behalf of LHT and more recently Cobalt. We also deliver funded projects for other partners such as Liverpool City Council.
Who are we?
The team consists of caretakers, cleaners, wardens, environmental inspectors, landscape surveyors and other office based staff in Liverpool and Runcorn. Our services are delivered through our in-house caretaker and warden teams and external contractors.

Jigsaw has won a Strictly Regeneration award for good practice in Neighbourhood Management in 2007 and won the award for a second time in 2008. We have recently achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation ensuring quality control across our work.
What are your responsibilities as a tenant?
• To assist Jigsaw by keeping clean and tidy any mats, carpets or plants placed in hallways and communal areas.
• Ensuring there is no obstruction in communal areas within the flats.
• To dispose of refuse in the correct manner, by wrapping it in suitable bags and placing it within bins or other facilities provided.
• Disposing of all bulky items such as furniture, fridges, freezers and televisions in the correct manner – for example by phoning Bulky Bob's Household Collection service on 0151 233 3001 in the Liverpool area and Halton Borough Council in the Runcorn area on 0151 907 8300
